write new message Istanbul TRIANGOLO! - kram (29 Oct - 14:32) Istanbul is getting ready for a series of exciting concerts by the new band "Triangolo" (formed by Mark Harris on keyboards with Carl Potter and Ayhan Sicimoglu on African and Latin percussion plus a host of other musicians). Catch them at the "Babylon" club on November 20th, advanced booking recommended; other dates are being confirmed, so watch this space!!! TRIANGOLO 2! - kram (24 Nov - 11:32) Well, sorry fans, but during the whirlwind week of radio shows, late-night gigs and daytime studio work, we forgot to post the venues (which were packed anyway, thanks to posters and word-of-mouth ;-): for our biographer, this was the November minipromotour: 13th AFM Jazz Latin Bar, 14th-15th JOYeux Club, 16th-17th-19th Eski Yesil, 20th Babylon. Heartfelt thanks to everyone and we'll be back! Along with Mark, Karl and Ayhan, we were joined by Ivory Coast master percussionist Jack Tama and amazing Istanbul bass-player Eylem Pelit. Güle güle!
