The CDs offered in the "netSHOP" section are furnished by
Saint Rock s.r.l., with Head Office in Via Domenichino 40, 20149 Milano
MI, ITALY, fully licensed ("Commercial Authorization" dated
February 28th, 2001) by the Commune of Milan.
PRICING
The price for a single-order CD is 21 euro. For further CDs in the same
order cost, add 18 euro each
For all credit card orders, shipping and handling are provided at no
extra expense by Saint Rock.
The invoice will be send after the order by e-mail, or posted if no
electronic address is available. You must give us your (or your company's)
fiscal code (the personal series of numbers and/or letters you use in
your country for invoicing) unless you live in a country where such
a code is not required; if you are thus exonerated, we need a detailed
explicatory email that we can forward
to our accountant so that he can clear the order.
SHIPPING
All shipping is effected by Italian Priority Post, which claims delivery
within a few days (and we have had good results, especially lately).
PRIVACY
In keeping with Italian Law #675/96, we inform you that, following your
specific acceptance (check-boxes below):
- your personal data will be used for commercial ends, such as direct
sales, promotion, book-keeping, and credit statistics by Saint Rock
s.r.l. with Head Office at the address given above.
- the information requested is necessary both for delivery of the merchandise
ordered with the order forms and for invoicing, therefore refusal to
furnish required details means impossibility on our part to fulfill
your order.
- your personal details will never be given to third parties withour
your express consent, except as required by law.
- you have the right to obtain without undue delay:
A) confirmation of the existence of your personal details on our records
even if not yet processed, and communication in an intelligible form
of said details and their origin, plus the nature of their intended
use;
B) cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data
processed illegally;
C) updating and rectification, or any addition you may elect for your
personal data;
D) proof that operations B) and C) have been brought to the attention
of the people to whom you have addressed your request, except as this
may be impossible or may require a use of resources manifestly disproportionate
with regard to the right being protected;
E) to know without expense, through the register required by article
31, paragraph 1, letter A of Law 31/12/96 #675, the existence of data
processing regarding your person and oppose without expense such use.

and promotional material relative to products and services mentioned

SAINT ROCK guarantees the substitution of any article that leaves our
warehouse defective or damaged, and any title sent erroneously by a
mistake attributable to our fulfillment service.
The client may return the undesired merchandise, together with the packing
list, by ordinary priority post (base cost of which will be reimbursed
only for the three cases cited above). The returned merchandise must
be sent in a resistent cardboard box - no smaller than 15 x 20 centimeters
- and paper or other packing material.
In case of defects, the client must specify the nature of the defect
and the exact point in which it manifests itself.
RETURNS
In Italy (DLT 22/05/1999 #185) and many other countries, consumers enjoy
the right to return unwanted merchandise within 10 working days of receival
even if it is not defective or in any way damaged, at no charge and
without any obbligation to share their motives. If you are eligible
by law and decide to exercise such an option, you must communicate your
signed decision in writing, sent by registered mail, return receipt
requested, to our Head Office (address above); communication by e-mail
MUST be confirmed by letter as described within the following 48 hours.
Your mail must contain full and detailed reference to your country's
consumer protection laws as applicable to return policies.
The CD must be unopened, with original numbered seal and cellophane
shrink-wrapping intact.
The returned merchandise must be sent in a resistent cardboard box -
no smaller than 15 x 20 centimeters - and paper or other packing material.
The client is responsable for the return costs; SAINT ROCK will reimburse
the full CD price within 30 days of receiving your request respecting
the conditions stated above.
IMPORTANT: Completion and return of the present document is absolutely
necessary (by law) for us to fulfill your order.
